Miles Ahead Marketing was created after firsthand experience operating Aspen Grove RV Park in Tremonton, Utah.

While managing the park, it quickly became clear that many RV parks and outdoor recreation businesses face the same marketing challenges:

• limited search visibility
• heavy reliance on third-party booking platforms
• websites that don’t effectively convert visitors into bookings

To address these challenges, I began studying and implementing strategies around website design, search engine optimization, and digital marketing specifically for the outdoor hospitality industry.

Over time, I rebuilt the park’s website, developed SEO-focused travel guide pages, and created a marketing system designed to attract travelers and support long-term growth.

That experience ultimately led to the creation of Miles Ahead Marketing.

Hi, I am Christa.

Miles Ahead Marketing was founded after firsthand experience operating Aspen Grove RV Park in Tremonton, Utah.

While running the park, I quickly realized that marketing an RV park is very different from marketing most other businesses. Travelers don’t just search for a place to stay — they search for destinations, experiences, and places to explore.

Like many park owners, I found myself learning the ins and outs of website design, search engine optimization, and digital marketing so I could better position the park online and attract more travelers.

Those efforts eventually grew into a complete marketing system built around strategic websites, search visibility, and traveler-focused content.

That experience ultimately led to the creation of Miles Ahead Marketing — a name inspired by both the goal of helping businesses move forward and my son, Miles Roamin. His name inspired by all of the miles my husband and I have been roaming.

Today, the mission is simple: help outdoor recreation businesses build marketing systems that keep them miles ahead of the competition.
